Morning: Marrakech – Tizi n’Tichka Pass
Your driver picks you up around 7:30 AM. First, we climb into the High Atlas over the Tizi n’Tichka pass, at 2,260 m. On the way, we stop at viewpoints over Berber villages and at an argan co-operative.
Midday: Ait Ben Haddou
Next, we drive down to Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO-listed mud-brick ksar. You cross the Ounila river and climb to the old granary on the hill. In addition, you can have lunch with a view of the kasbah.
Afternoon: Ouarzazate and Return
Then, we continue 30 minutes to Ouarzazate. There, you see the Taourirt Kasbah from outside and, if you wish, the Atlas Film Studios. Finally, we drive back and reach Marrakech around 7:30–8:00 PM.
